Sarcastic fringehead (Neoclinus blanchardi)
When two fringeheads have a territorial battle, they wrestle by pressing  their distended mouths against each other, as if they were kissing.  This allows them to determine which is the larger fish, which  establishes dominance.

ok first of all ARE YOU FUCKING KIDDING ME and second of all whats sarcastic about it

dude they also emit the most horrifying sound known to earth, alternia and the outer ring while dueling. one of my favorite animals as of this fall

Ahahaha this is so awesome!
Although, the sounds in the linked video are sound effects, I’m pretty sure, not the noise the fishes make themselves. In this other video from the BBC where the audio gain was turned up high enough to pick out the fishes’ swimming movements, there’s no such sound. And if you were a meter or two away in the water it would seem a lot quieter than even that clip.
